Super food is probably a term you have heard before. This term is used to describe foods that contain vitamins and nutrients that are higher than normal when compared to other foods. So where can you get these super foods? Acai berries are probably best taken in supplement form because you will have a very hard time finding them fresh. Pomegranates have become very popular and are now available in the fruit section of many stores. Walnuts are a common thing to find in almost every grocery store.
